All orders are shipped from the UK and will be shipped within 7 days of confirmation purchase or more for pre-orders (where the date will be specified on the product listing). This does not include shipping time. You have 24 hours after your confirmation purchase email to cancel any order with a full refund. This does not include any digital products.
If you decide after 24 hours you no longer want your purchase, you may have to return this if the item has already been shipped. Return shipping is covered by the customer, which then the returns conditions apply.
GMT/BST applies to these conditions.
It is likely your order can be posted sooner. Likewise if there is a delay to posting at busy times you will be informed, or the last order date will be changed.
All orders are put together by Yelena herself, within the UK. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery or 4 weeks for non UK. Our shipping is with Royal Mail.
UK customers – At checkout please choose whether you want your order to be shipped First class or First class signed for.
For EU and International customers – At checkout please choose whether you want your order to be shipped International Standard shipping or International Tracked and Signed.
The price of postage is dependant on the shipping country and the amount purchased. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please contact us directly before purchasing. Shipping rates are unique to every order, which takes into account the weight, size and insurance specifics.
We will always keep proof of postage and CANNOT take any responsibility for loss or damage during transit, so please bare this in mind when choosing your shipping class. No refunds can be made if your order is damaged or lost during transit. However please contact us if you think this may have happened to you.
Charges on delivery
We CANNOT be held responsible for any customs/tax charges/VAT on delivery of your item. This is the buyers responsibility to settle the debt.
NEW 1st July 2021- Customers are now requited to pay VAT on EU orders. If you live in the EU this will affect you.

Sew Projects can only accept returns of printed patterns, supplies and sewing kits. These must be in an un-used and re-sell able state. Contact Sew projects within 14 days of your purchase to let us know you want a refund. After contact has been confirmed, you then have a further 14 days to send your order back. The return postage is the buyers debt. After Sew Projects receives the return and it is checked that it is in an un-used and re-sell able state then we will debit your account for the product price (the price you paid when you purchased). We can not return the original shipping cost. If the return is not in an unused and re sell able state, we reserve the right not to refund you. Please note, no other items are returnable unless faulty and we do not accept exchanges.
*We cannot accept returns for ‘sale’ or ‘Clearance’ items. Therefore please ensure you have taken this into consideration before placing your order. If you have any questions please contact us. All return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty which has not been stated.
Workshops or courses are non-refundable, however you can exchange for another workshop date if you need to cancel.
